On Monday, the Provincial Court of Seville ruled against Emerita Resources Corp.
Emerita claims only illegal dealings have prevented them from being awarded a regional tender crucial for Emerita’s business.
Emerita’s stock was down 70% on the news at the Monday trade open in Toronto.
